Ok, I’m going stir crazy so I’m going to blogamble (ramble on my blog).  We arrived late Friday.  Saturday the dogs rested in the altitude and we spent the day doing nothing….N-O-T-H-I-N-G.  On my last blog I was enjoying my day of nothing.  Well, that’s done.  I’ve had my fill.  My back is killing me from sitting and laying around the motel room, I feel like a raisin because the air in our room is so dry it is sucking all the moisture out of my body.  However, I’ve been eating so much Mexican food that it’s not sucking out any extra insulation.  I find myself singing, “I’m a Mexican food junkie and that’s why I feel chunky.”  It’s not a real perky song since I’m feeling quite lethargic (the refried beans and white flour tortillas will do that).  Thankfully, there are only 3 restaurants in town and the limited options are not inspiring enough to leave the kiln.  To add salt to the wound they get about 5 stations here and they repeat everything at least twice a day.  If the weather is bad we get one station.  It’s starting to feel like the movie Groundhog Day.  Last night we were forced to watch the SAG awards back to back.  So here I sit on my 5th bottle of water before lunch , I’ve already had my plate of Mexican carbs with lots of green sauce, I’m slathered in olive oil trying to retain moisture, my ass is aching from being propped up against the backboard of the bed, I’m cranky and I have only dog drops to look forward to today.  SOMEONE SAVE ME!
